This chair is really good quality for the price. One of the armrests had a flaw, which many folks might be okay with, but I’m a little OCD, so I contacted the aftersales team just in case. They didn’t hesitate and sent a replacement part in just a few days. Overall, very impressive!

Dale provided speedy aftersales support, no holdups in assisting and even offered to send a replacement.

I had a fantastic experience from the moment I placed my order until it arrived. It was just what I needed for my son's Christmas gift. Assembly was a breeze, and my son says it’s a super comfy gaming chair.

I got the chair as a birthday present for my 9-year-old boy. He really digs it. Fantastic quality and super simple to put together. Overall, Brazen provided excellent service from the moment I ordered to when it arrived.

I can't believe how bad the customer service was! They even sent me a threatening email. There's no way I'm buying anything from Brazen again.

I bought a Puma chair from Game, and within just a week, the stitching on the seat started to unravel. I reached out to Game, but they just brushed me off. I then tried contacting Brazen Direct through email and their website, but they didn’t even bother to reply. Be cautious, the quality of their products seems questionable, and their customer service is practically nonexistent. Just a heads up!

UPDATE: The responses from Brazen are downright laughable. In 2023, it’s hard to believe some folks think this is how to run a business. They seem like a fly-by-night operation that’s grown too fast and will probably vanish just as quickly. If you decide to purchase from them, consider yourself warned!

That’s when I stumbled upon the Phantom Elite chair, which can be used with or without the arms. I bought it from Currys, and after nearly 6 months of use, I can say it’s comfy even during those long work hours, offers great adjustability, and feels pretty sturdy. Definitely a solid pick for anyone looking for an affordable chair for remote work.
